Vic Carucci
Vic Carucci has covered the NFL as an acclaimed writer and broadcaster for nearly five decades.
The Whitesboro, NY native began his career working for the Utica Observer-Dispatch and Daily Press before honing his focus to football at the Courier-Post (Cherry Hill, NJ) and the Buffalo News.
Over the course of his career, he has been a national editor for NFL.com, a contributor to NFL Network and a senior editor for the Cleveland Browns before returning for a second stint as an NFL writer for the Buffalo News. Carucci also hosted the pre-game and post-game programs for the Buffalo Bills Radio Network for many years.
He has authored 11 books about football – including collaborations with Bill Polian, Jon Gruden, Phil Simms, Jim Kelly, Fred Smerlas and Conrad Dobler – several of which have been New York Times Best-Sellers.
He is currently a co-host for SiriusXM NFL Radio, which he joined at its inception in 2004, and is a Bills and NFL analyst for WGRZ-TV in Buffalo.
He has received multiple writing honors from the Associated Press and the Pro Football Writers of America and is a past president and vice president of the Pro Football Writers of America. He is a longtime member of the selection committee for the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and also serves on the voting panel for the Associated Press’ All-Pro team and individual postseason awards.
